At Catalyst, our HYROX program is built for athletes who want to push, compete, and actually get better. Led by Coach AJ Schrag, every session combines race-specific strength, machine work, running, sleds, pacing strategy, and the intensity you need to show up on race day ready to go.

Our HYROX Camps run on Sundays and sell out for a reason — they’re as close to race day as you’ll get without stepping onto the start line.

HYROX TRAINING CLASSES (WEEKLY)
Our weekly HYROX classes keep you sharp — building engine, power, and mental grit one session at a time.
You’ll train:
Running intervals + machine work (row, ski, bike)
Sled push/pull technique and efficiency
Lunges, wall balls, farmer carries, burpee broad jumps
Race pacing, breathing, transitions, and movement economy
